The 19th hole...
The Upavon Clubhouse looks out over the course and surrounding countryside and is a welcome sight walking up to the 18th green. In addition to a fully licensed bar, we provide a range of meals, snacks and of course the obligatory bacon roll to ensure you play your best.
The lounge bar area provides a comfortable place to discuss your day with playing partners and our friendly staff will ensure you enjoy a warm welcome. Outside you’ll find a smart decking area, overlooking the 1st tee where you can enjoy the sunshine and the tee shots of the other players starting their rounds.
We can cater for groups of all sizes and regularly host visiting societies who are always delighted with their day at Upavon and return year after year.
The clubhouse has changing facilities and showers. Although we are a relaxed club, please note that golf shoes are not permitted in the lounge.
Practice...
Practice makes perfect and we have a variety of practice facilities to help improve your Golfing experience.
Our main practice area is situated near the first tee and measures 220 yards long. This provides the ideal location to warm up before launching your drive up the first fairway. We have a longer practice area for the big hitters measuring 300 yards long located in the centre of the Golf course.
If time is short we have two Practice Nets, a bunkered green as our short game facility and a practice Putting green located conveniently next to the clubhouse.
