Welcome to Upavon Golf Club
A Golf Course with History & TraditionThere have been golf holes laid out on the site at Upavon since 1912 when the area was used for recreation by the newly-formed Royal Flying Corps just before the First World War. In 1918 the Royal Flying Corps evolved into the Royal Air Force who occupied Upavon Aerodrome Station for 75 years. The RAF vacated the site in 1993 and by 1997 the current testing 18 hole layout was established. Click here to read more. Upavon Golf Club can offer you...

What our guests say"What a wonderful all round experience on and off the course. The course was just superb and the closing stretch is a real challenge." Just a brief note to thank you so much for the wonderful day our members and I enjoyed at your wonderful Club. The Course was in splendid condition and those who had played it before were unanimous in their praise in that they had never known it in better shape. Those taking part who had never played it before were all urging me to make a quick return! With our 2010 Tour now over, I thought that I would drop you a line of thanks on behalf of the Sussex Boys On Tour Golfing Society following our visit last week. Everyone made us feel so welcome. The course was a joy, which when combined with excellent weather, good food & drink coupled with warm smiles from staff and members alike, how could we not have had a wonderful time? Played the course in pouring rain and it stood up well to the weather. It is a quality course with a great layout and well worth a visit. I would love to come back in the summer and see it at its best.
